Contract Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager for a 6-month contract-to-hire position. This role is perfect for someone with 1-3 years of consulting experience who excels in translating project requirements into actionable plans and creating effective, polished presentation decks. There is a strong potential for this role to become permanent, based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine sales processes and sequences into comprehensive, professional presentation decks suitable for executive and board-level meetings.
- Analyze the rollout of new programs, identifying key elements such as usage guidelines, successes, and areas needing improvement.
- Create new methodologies for running campaigns, ensuring they are well-documented and easily translatable for educational purposes.
- Gather and analyze data to support project goals.
- Regularly update and maintain documentation in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to set agendas, take notes, and drive project meetings forward.
- Provide high-level project management support, including organizing and managing multiple projects.
- Join and contribute to meetings 30-60% of the time, providing actionable insights and ensuring project milestones are met.
Additional Details:
We are looking for a candidate with more technical experience and strong project management skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of producing high-level output, such as decks for the CEO and board members, and providing substantial project management support. This role requires more than just scheduling meetings and managing calendars;it demands a high level of skill and experience in managing complex projects and delivering clear, professional presentations.
Job Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with a high level of technical expertise in creating polished presentation decks.
- Previous experience in a consulting firm (1-3 years ideal).
- Demonstrated experience in project management, with the ability to independently manage and drive projects to completion.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing and supporting various projects and initiatives.
