Contract-To-Hire Office Assistant
Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for organization and a passion for marketing? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Office Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our client in the commercial real estate industry. While this position may not involve creative aspects, it offers a chance to be an essential part of our team and contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update exclusive listing brochures for all divisions
- Follow up with brokers for approval
- Assist with various tasks related to commercial real estate
- Follow up with agents on approvals and make frequent changes based on owner feedback.
Job Requirements
- InDesign experience is REQUIRED
- Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office products, and Adobe PDF Acrobat.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively and efficiently with various agents.
- Flexibility and the ability to reprioritize tasks when needed.
- Willingness to assist in various capacities.

Jennifer grew up in Dallas before attending Texas A&M University. She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 23 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.
Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
