Controller
Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client, located in the uptown area of Dallas, to find a Controller. The person in this role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, accounting, and reporting for a family office and affiliated partnerships. This role requires expertise in partnership-level accounting, forecasting, and fund accounting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and tax regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strategic mindset to make a significant impact in a dynamic family office environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CFA designation preferred
- Experience in financial management, accounting, or related field, with a focus on partnership accounting and fund administration
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial modeling tools; experience with specialized fund accounting software is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, external advisors, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of investment strategies, financial markets, and tax regulations relevant to family offices and investment partnerships
- High ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding fiduciary responsibilities
