Are you an organized and proactive professional looking for an exciting opportunity to support a leading executive? Join our client's team as an Administrative Support for the Managing Partner!

What You'll Do:

  • Be the Right Hand: Provide confidential administrative support to the Managing Partner, playing a key role in their daily operations.
  • Master of Schedules: Manage a busy calendar, coordinating meetings, travel, and communications to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Creative Project Management: Oversee special projects and corporate events, adding your personal touch to make them memorable.
  • Communication Hub: Draft and edit correspondence while ensuring the Managing Partner is prepared with all necessary materials for meetings.
  • Tech-Savvy Organizer: Keep the CRM system updated and manage filing systems for easy access to important documents.
  • Team Player: Occasionally assist the broader team, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
