Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our client's CEO. The ideal candidate will have experience working in companies with revenue of $250 million or more and a proven track record of providing high-level support to executives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for managing both professional and personal tasks with discretion, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Assist the CEO with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Travel Management: Schedule and coordinate international travel, including trips to India, and manage personal travel arrangements.
  • Meeting Support: Take notes during sales meetings, ensure accurate documentation, and follow up on action items.
  • AI Tools: Use AI tools such as notetakers and document editors to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Availability: Be accessible to support the CEO outside of regular working hours when necessary.

Job Requirements

 
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in each role, with a background in supporting tech industry senior executives.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology, including AI tools for note-taking and document editing.
