Executive Search Consultant
Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our Client to find an Executive Search Consultant for their Consumer Brands/Retail team. As a Consultant, you'll leverage your previous professional services or advisory expertise to deliver impactful solutions for a global clientele.
What You'll Do
- Partner with clients and internal teams to design and execute top-tier search and consulting processes.
- Develop insightful search strategies, drawing on deep client understanding and market intelligence.
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates, fostering exceptional engagement throughout the process.
- Become a recognized thought leader in your chosen industry, translating trends into actionable insights for clients.
- Cultivate lasting client relationships through exceptional execution and a commitment to partnership.
- Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital by sharing knowledge gained through client work.
- Mentor and develop colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Job Requirements
- 7 – 10 years of recruiting experience.
- Previous professional services or advisory experience.
- Experience in the Consumer Brand/Retail sector strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree.

- A quick learner with a strong analytical mind and a thirst for knowledge.

Joined High Profile in 2001
Jennifer grew up in Dallas before attending Texas A&M University. She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 23 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.
Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
