Human Resources Director
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our client's dynamic team in Fort Worth. This newly created position will play a pivotal role in shaping their human resources strategy and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. The successful candidate will lead the HR operations team, working closely with executive leadership to align HR practices with company values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Mentor, coach, and advocate for the HR team while ensuring alignment with company values
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage company-wide benefits offerings and stay abreast of industry trends
- Retention and Rewards: Develop programs to attract and retain top talent
- HR Information Systems (HRIS): Oversee the administration and maintenance of HRIS platforms
- Policies and Processes: Implement and administer employee policies in compliance with applicable laws
- Training and Development: Offer training programs to support employee growth and performance
- Performance Management: Coordinate annual performance management cycles with department directors
- Compliance: Ensure all policies and practices comply with applicable laws and regulations
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in people operations roles within high-growth environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage at the executive level
- Experience developing and implementing HR strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency a plus
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, particularly ADP Workforce, is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- SHRM certification preferred
- Ability to travel and attend after-hours networking events, seminars, and career fairs

Jennifer grew up in Dallas before attending Texas A&M University. She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 23 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.
Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
