Human Resources Manager
Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client to find an experienced HR Manager —someone who thrives on rolling up their sleeves and getting things done. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives that support business goals while ensuring the success of employees. This position requires a hands-on, "doer"mentality, where you'll manage a variety of day-to-day HR tasks such as employee relations, handling immigration cases, conducting compensation analysis, and overseeing performance management.
Our client is looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take charge, ensuring that everything is handled promptly and effectively. You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive, high-performing culture. This role is administrative and reactive—it is not strategic. We're looking for someone who is excited to dive into the work, not just plan for it.
This position offers a hybrid schedule (in-office 3 days, remote 2 days) and will manage two direct reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven experience in employee relations, immigration case management, compensation analysis, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations (California knowledge a plus).
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in compensation analysis and performance metrics.
- A problem-solver who can work through complex issues with practical solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
