Office Assistant
Job Description
Our client, a dynamic and thriving organization located in Uptown Dallas, is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join their team as an Office Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates or individuals with prior office coordination experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the corporate office and providing essential support to the executive team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming meeting requests and manage conference room set-up, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for guests.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements for corporate office staff, including booking accommodations and handling itinerary details.
- Submit monthly expense reports for executives and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain routine office communications and keep organizational charts, phone lists, and other essential information up-to-date.
- Responsible for stocking and maintaining supply rooms, printer areas, etc., to ensure a well-equipped and organized workspace.
- Perform various duties related to office management as requested, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of prior office coordination experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a direct and hands-on approach.
- Proactive organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Self-starter attitude, dependability, and punctual work attendance are required.
- Capability to work with senior-level managers and executive-level staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and Adobe.
