Receptionist / Customer Service
Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client to find an energetic and detail-oriented Administrator for a temp-to-perm assignment. The selected candidate will handle day-to-day operations including facilities management, data entry, taking and directing inbound calls and inquiries, facilitating shipping and receiving, processing purchase orders, and full responsibility for inventory control.
Job Requirements
- Experience working in an administrative role which required responsibility, excellent organizational skills and accountability
- Professional telephone voice and etiquette
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft products with an emphasis on creating spreadsheets
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Communicate in an effective and friendly manner with staff and customers

Imani was born and raised in Battle Creek, Michigan. She relocated to Texas in 2017 to be closer to family and continue her pursuit of her Bachelor of Science in Public Health. Shortly after moving to Texas, Imani was introduced to the High Profile team and knew immediately this is where she wanted to be.
