Vice President of Human Resources
Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client to find a dynamic Human Resources Vice President with a minimum of 10 years experience in a health-related, multi-site organization. The person in this role will be responsible for leading and directing all aspects of the Human Resources department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, legal compliance, and talent strategy implementation.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with executive and senior leadership teams to align HR strategies with organizational goals.- Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies, processes, and initiatives.- Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, performance management, and training.- Partner with leadership on post-merger integration plans.- Identify staffing needs and execute effective talent management practices.- Monitor compliance with employment laws and regulations, recommending policy modifications as necessary.- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.- Manage departmental budget and facilitate professional development for HR staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of HR management experience in a health-related organization required.
- Post-merger integration experience required.
- Experience with strategic M&A functions required.
- Experience with HRIS implementations, preferably ADP.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Jennifer grew up in Dallas before attending Texas A&M University. She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 23 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.
Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
