Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing commercial real estate private equity company with a proven track record, founded by former retail leasing brokers. They are passionate about proactively improving the properties they purchase and strengthening their investor and broker partnerships. The Executive Assistant/Office Manager role is the cornerstone of the company's operations. 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the company's partners.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online.
  • Office management, including keeping supplies stocked and managing vendors.
  • Handle professional and personal tasks for the partners, including drafting letters, calendaring, and more.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience supporting in a fast-paced environment.
  • QuickBooks Online experience preferred.

Over her 30-year recruiting career, her commitment to excellence has earned her the loyalty of some of Dallas’ finest companies.


Amelie has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional), CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certification, Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS) and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designations. She is a 10 year member of EWI (Executive Women International) and has served on the board and various committees. Amelie is married with two grown children (both Aggies – which only presents a problem when LSU plays A&M over Thanksgiving!), is an avid runner, and loves to cook, camp, and entertain.
