Billing/Accounting Specialist
Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client to find a Billing/Accounting Specialist for a contract assignment (with the potential to transition to permanent employment). The person in this role will be responsible for managing invoicing processes, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, this role will:
- Review invoices in accounts receivable and schedule follow-up
- Customize communication strategies for clients to ensure effective follow-up
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve invoice issues
- Assist in creating/posting invoices and resolving posting discrepancies
- Assist CFO in gathering information for audits
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant accounting experience
- Experience with invoice creation
- Knowledge of basic accounting practices
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly with Excel, Outlook and Power Point
- Impeccable responsiveness and follow-through
- Deltek software experience preferred
