High Profile has partnered with our client to find an Accounting Systems Analyst. As an Accounting Systems Analyst, you’ll play a key role in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and shaping how accounting data flows across the organization. You’ll work hands-on with financials (GL, AP, AR, cash, reporting), while also driving system improvements, automation, and data integrity.
This is not a pure IT role — you’ll own real accounting processes and use systems to make them better.
What You’ll Own:
ERP Implementation (Hands-On Accounting + Systems)
•Partner with Finance to configure and test core accounting modules (GL, AP, AR, Banking, Fixed Assets)
•Lead key pieces of data migration: mapping, validation, and reconciliation to ensure clean financials on day one
•Reconcile revenue flows (including integrations like Salesforce to banking) and ensure accuracy within the ERP
•Build and refine financial reports, templates, and dashboards that Finance will actually use
•Document accounting workflows and SOPs to create consistency and audit readiness
Post-Implementation (Where You Add Real Value)
•Act as the go-to for Finance on system-related questions and improvements
•Own system integrity across subledgers, reconciliations, and integrations
•Support month-end and year-end close (not just observing—actively contributing)
•Identify inefficiencies in accounting processes and implement smarter workflows within the system
•Train and support non-finance teams (HR, Fundraising, Programs) on how financial data flows through the system
Accounting & Operational Support
•Perform reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure accurate postings
•Support audits, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements
•Partner cross-functionally to improve how financial data is captured and reported across the organization
If you’re an accountant who enjoys improving processes —not just closing the books — this role puts you at the center of how finance operates.
