Accounts Receivable Analyst
Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client to find an Accounts Receivable Analyst for a contract assignment (with the potential to transition to permanent employment) working a hybrid schedule. The person in this role will be responsible for preparing customer/dealer account reconciliations, support projects, and perform other ad hoc requests related to AR as needed. Additional duties will include lead AR SME for JSOX Compliance, Internal Audit, External Audit, collaboration with affiliate business units and various departments on day-to-day needs. This position requires analytical and reconciliation skills to ensure payments are applied timely and accurately. Daily interactions with dealers, customers, and internal departments are critical to ensure detailed posting application.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience
- 3 - 6 years experience performing AR related, Accounting or Finance roles
- Experience reconciling customer accounts, documenting process and procedures, cross-training, automating redundant tasks, and implementing process improvements
- Strong knowledge of SAP Lease and SAP CRM
- Previous working knowledge or experience with financial analysis, accounting, accounts receivable, customer interaction, and technology preferred
- ·Proficient working with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to recognize trends and utilize analytical tools to generate forecasts/strategies
- Ability to analyze large volumes of transactional data
