Administrative Assistant

Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client, located in the Park Cities area of Dallas, to find an Administrative Assistant with experience working in wealth management, private equity, hedge fund, or investment banking within the financial industry. The selected candidate will manage calendars, assist with preparation of many types of correspondence, complete data entry, filing, among many other administrative tasks.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience using Slack and/or Teams
- Experience with Asana or other project management programs
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
