Associate Development Coordinator

Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client in the North Dallas area to find an organized and detail-oriented Associate Development Coordinator. This role serves as an Assistant Project Manager and will be responsible for executing processes to ensure delivery of a quality product for our clients from site acquisition through construction. The selected candidate will review and manage various bids, communicate with City Officials to obtain various zoning information, utilities, and other SIR materials; track and report on critical deliverables and client performance metrics, and assist the Sr PM with obtaining, uploading, and organizing due diligence materials throughout projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree required
- 1+ years of project management experience with the demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and responsibilities
- Excellent Computer skills with focus on proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong initiative to proactively problem solve and innovate processes
