In this critical industry, your work keeps the team that powers our communities secure. You won't just manage data; you will be the go-to resource and advocate for employees, ensuring they and their families have seamless access to top-tier care. • Execute Key Events: Partner on open enrollment planning and employee communications, and spearhead the coordination of annual on-site biometric screenings across company locations.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with external vendors, brokers, and internal HR and Payroll teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Why You’ll Love It Here
  • Incredible Wealth-Building: Enjoy an exceptional 10% 401(k) match alongside a competitive base salary and an annual incentive plan.
