Job Description

We have partnered with our client to find a kind and service-oriented individual to join their team as a Benefits Analyst. The selected candidate can expect to manage and analyze benefits data between Workday and vendors to ensure data accuracy. It also includes maintaining data policies, conducting research for automation and analytics, and creating metrics for benefits management. The responsibilities of this role will encompass developing metrics for benefits, conducting audits, reconciling invoices, and ensuring compliance with government requirements. Additionally, the position involves administering various benefits plans, responding to employee inquiries, and supporting benefits-related activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of benefits administration and HRIS experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency and accounting/compensation experience preferred

Sara also serves on the Board of Directors for DFWTRN and is involved in DallasHR.

In her free time, Sara loves to spend time with her husband, beautiful children Riley and Reece, her two dogs, and her large family. She also enjoys the outdoors, running, yoga, and traveling.
