Bilingual Business Development Associate (French or Portuguese)

High Profile has partnered with a leading client to find recent or upcoming college graduates for multiple Bilingual Business Development Associate roles. This is an exciting opportunity to kick start your career in business development while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment!
About the Role:
As a Business Development Associate, you’ll play a key role in connecting customers, sales teams, and management while developing expertise in our client’s products and services. We’re looking for self-starters who thrive in a collaborative setting and are eager to contribute to a rapidly growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with contractor customers via calls, emails, and chats
- Participate in sales and marketing projects
- Troubleshoot issues and proactively improve processes
- Manage accounts, including invoicing and collections
- Juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Who We're Looking For:
- Recent/upcoming graduates OR professionals with 1-2 years of post-college experience (0-3 years total)
- Bilingual fluency in English and either: French or Portuguese
- A self-motivated team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to work full-time in-office for the first 6-8 weeks of training (M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM);hybrid schedule available after training
- Must be currently located in the U.S.; no relocation assistance provided
- Sponsorship is not available for this role

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Proficient computer skills
- Desire to work with people and consistently engage in communication over the phone, chat and email
- Desire to assume increasing levels of leadership responsibility

Jennifer grew up in Dallas before attending Texas A&M University. She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 24 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.
Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
