We’re seeking a   Bilingual Business Development Associate to join a dynamic Customer Operations team. In this role, you’ll use your language skills to connect with international clients, provide world-class customer service, and support business development initiatives that make a real impact.


What You’ll Do

  • Engage daily with clients and colleagues across the globe using your bilingual communication skills.
  • Provide proactive customer service — answering questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions.
  • Support marketing and sales projects while gaining exposure to B2B business operations.
  • Learn cutting-edge software systems and develop deep product and service knowledge.
  • Participate in an 7-week paid training program that sets you up for long-term success.

Work Environment

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Advanced fluency in English and French or English and Portuguese (required)
  • Desire to grow into a B2B sales role within 12–24 months
  • Ability to work on-site at least 3 days per week
  • Must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)

Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.

Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
