Jennifer grew up in Dallas before attending Texas A&M University. She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 24 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.
Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
