Job Description

Are you a recent college graduate or early-career professional fluent in English AND French or Portuguese looking to kickstart a global business career? High Profile has partnered with an industry-leading, international organization in Dallas to hire Bilingual Business Development Associates for their Client Operations team!

Role Highlights:
  • Target Start Date: September 14, 2026
  • Location: Dallas, TX (Uptown area)
  • Work Model: Hybrid (100% in-office during initial 7-week training;3 days/week in-office thereafter)
  • Experience Level: 0–3 years preferred (Entry-level / Early-career;max 5 years total experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Multilingual Client Engagement: Communicate daily with international clients and internal teams in English plus French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
  • Relationship Management: Deliver proactive, solutions-oriented B2B customer support while identifying growth and business development opportunities.
  • Project Support: Assist with cross-functional sales, marketing, and client operations initiatives.
  • Systems & Product Expertise: Master proprietary software tools and build deep product knowledge to support client needs.
  • Structured Onboarding: Master core competencies and B2B systems through a comprehensive, 7-week paid training program designed for rapid professional development.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: Competitive base pay + up to 10% annual language bonus for active bilingual use.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required (recent graduates strongly encouraged).
  • Language Skills: Professional written and verbal fluency in English AND French or Portuguese.
  • Experience: 0–3 years of professional experience in client support or business development preferred.
  • Core Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving mindset, and a keen interest in B2B client relations or international business.
  • Work Authorization: Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States now and in the future (no visa sponsorship provided).

Note on Sponsorship & Relocation: This role is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. Non-local candidates are welcome to apply but must relocate independently to the Dallas area prior to the September 14 start date.

She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 24 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.

Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
