Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator

Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client to find a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for current employees and new hires, addressing concerns and ensuring a seamless experience. Key responsibilities include organizing and scheduling orientations, coordinating training and development programs, and providing support for the HR Manager by acting as a second set of eyes and ears. You will also play a vital role in the recruitment process, managing job postings, conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and overseeing all aspects of the new hire process.
Additionally, this position involves assisting with weekly payroll processing, managing Workers'Compensation and incident reporting, administering employee benefits, and supporting the termination process. Our client values innovative ideas and looks to the HR Coordinator to provide suggestions for employee engagement and events that enhance the workplace culture.
The ideal candidate is punctual and has a strong record of attendance. You should take initiative, be confident in engaging with employees, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. Problem-solving skills, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Job Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish required
- 5-8 years of HR experience (or)
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience as an HR Coordinator
- Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations
- Exposure to payroll practices and payroll processing
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite
- Maintains confidentiality
- Ability to self-audit work tasks

She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 23 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.
Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
