Bilingual Human Resources Generalist
Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client to find a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist. This role is responsible for ensuring that all staffing needs are met efficiently while maintaining compliance with affirmative action policies through effective recruitment documentation and management within the applicant tracking system.
The HR Generalist will play a key role in onboarding new employees by leading orientations and fostering a positive work environment. Daily responsibilities include processing new hires, managing employee data changes, and maintaining accuracy and integrity in HR systems.
This position requires a strong understanding of government regulations related to EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, and other federal and state labor laws. The HR Generalist will assist with internal investigations and develop responses to legal, governmental, or employee relations matters. They will also contribute to compensation planning, performance evaluations, and employee development initiatives.
In addition to supporting employees with our clients benefits programs and annual enrollment processes, this role will facilitate training and serve as a key resource for policy implementation. Identifying and addressing workplace concerns while working closely with the HR Manager is an essential part of this position.

Job Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business (or related field) required
- Minimum 3 years work experience in Human Resources. This could include a combination of recruiting, employee relations, benefits, training, compensation, or labor relations
- Knowledge of EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, Workers Compensation, DOL, E-Verify, and other related Federal & State laws
- Ability to travel domestically on a quarterly basis (with another HR representative)
- Strong client facing skills with a consultative mindset and ability to effectively problem solve
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred

She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 24 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.
Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
