High Profile has partnered with our client, an internationally recognized industry leader, to identify Bilingual Business Development Associates to join their Customer Operations team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed specifically for recent graduates and early-career professionals seeking exposure to international business, client engagement, and long-term growth in a B2B environment.

We are currently interviewing for a projected April 15th start date. May 2026 graduates are also encouraged to apply for a June 2026 start date.


What You’ll Do

  • Communicate daily with international clients and internal teams in both languages
  • Deliver proactive, solutions-oriented client support
  • Build strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives
  • Assist with marketing and sales-related projects in a B2B setting
  • Learn proprietary systems and develop product/service expertise
  • Complete a structured 7-week paid training program designed to set you up for long-term success

Location & Work Environment

  • Position based in Dallas, TX (Uptown area)
  • Hybrid schedule (in-office during 7-week training; minimum three days per week thereafter)
  • Candidates outside of Dallas are welcome to apply; however, relocation assistance is not provided, and selected candidates must independently relocate prior to their start date
  • All candidates must meet the stated U.S. Work authorization requirements at the time of hire

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) from an accredited university required
  • Fluency in English AND French or Portuguese (written and verbal required)
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
  • 0–3 years of professional experience strongly preferred (up to 5 years maximum considered)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable learning new technology
  • Motivated to build a career path toward business development, account management, or B2B sales
 
This role is intentionally structured for early-career professionals building their foundational business experience. Candidates with extensive professional experience may find the scope of this role limited in seniority.

She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 24 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.

Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
