Job Description

About the Role:
Our Client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Chief of Staff to support their visionary Founder in driving the company’s growth and success. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and communication skills. You will play a critical role in managing day-to-day operations, enabling the Founder to focus on creative endeavors.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Founder and their multiple business endeavors.
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth research, analyze data, and prepare insightful reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate communication channels and facilitate effective decision-making processes.
  • Establish and maintain efficient operational systems and workflows.
  • Contribute to strategic planning initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
 
  • Proven experience supporting a Founder or entrepreneur.
  • Demonstrated experience in operational business management.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in executive support or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Experience in consumer goods, tech, or retail industries is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field required.

Jennifer grew up in Dallas before attending Texas A&M University.  She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 23 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.

Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition.  She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council.  Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
