What You’ll Do

• Manage bid invitations, track responses, and coordinate communication with subcontractors and vendors
• Organize project documents, maintain bid logs, and support overall proposal workflow
• Help assemble, proof, and format proposals and related materials
• Assist with scheduling, preparation for site visits or pre-bid meetings, and general team support
