Contract Paralegal
Job Description
Our healthcare consulting client is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal with strong contract law experience to support their Legal Services team. You'll assist the General Counsel in transactional matters, corporate governance, and securities law. This is a fully remote, contract opportunity. Applicants must be located in Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and Manage Legal Documents: Prepare, review, and manage a variety of legal documents related to mergers and acquisitions, contracts, corporate governance, and securities law.
- Client Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and firm leaders, fostering strong relationships and maintaining confidentiality.
- Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support the General Counsel in various legal matters.
- Corporate Compliance: Ensure compliance with corporate policies, securities regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to the General Counsel, including managing correspondence, organizing files, and coordinating with external parties.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal with a strong focus on contract law.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
