Contract Recruiter
Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client, located in the uptown area of Dallas, to find a Recruiter for a contract assignment. We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter with extensive experience in high-volume recruiting, particularly in the sourcing and headhunting of passive sales talent across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of tracking pipeline and metrics effectively, ensuring that recruitment processes are both efficient and results-driven. Strong sourcing abilities are essential, as well as familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS). While experience with Ceridian/Dayforce is preferred, our client is open to providing training for the right candidate.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter is a must, as it will be a key tool in identifying and engaging potential candidates. The successful applicant will possess strong phone and virtual interview skills, demonstrating the confidence required to handle objections and rebuttals from sales professionals. Building natural relationships with hiring leaders is crucial, as the Recruiter will need to communicate the status of openings and the recruitment process clearly.
The person in this role will manage an average of 10-15 openings across various locations and departments simultaneously, with an expectation of achieving a minimum of four sales hires per month. Jennifer grew up in Dallas before attending Texas A&M University. She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 23 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.
Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
