High Profile has partnered with a mission-driven non profit organization to identify an experienced Director of Finance. This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring the financial stability, compliance, and long-term growth of a faith-based charitable organization with US and global operations.

The Director of Finance will provide strategic financial guidance, oversee all finance operations, and serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. This individual will align financial strategy with organizational objectives, strengthen internal controls, and support effective decision-making at the executive and board levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership as a member of the Senior Leadership Team
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance department
• Drive financial planning through performance analysis, risk assessment, budgeting, and forecasting
• Maintain continuous awareness of the organization’s financial position and proactively mitigate risk
• Prepare accurate and timely quarterly and annual financial reports for senior leadership and governing boards
• Present budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses at Board and Trustee meetings
• Ensure financial compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and audit requirements
• Develop, implement, and maintain sound financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiency
• Oversee the accurate processing and maintenance of financial data across internal systems, including Salesforce, SAGE, and Navision
• Provide financial oversight and coordination for U.S. Operations and global offices

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• CPA required (Texas or California)

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a financial discipline
• Required background in non profit and/or public sector organizations
• Significant senior-level financial leadership, management, and oversight experience
• Experience with, or exposure to, financial management in developing countries is a strong plus

• Bilingual English and Arabic/Urdu required
• Advanced experience with financial databases, reporting tools, and the MS Office Suite
• Prior experience using Salesforce, SAGE, and Navision is highly desirable
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial reporting skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to executive leadership and boards
