Director of Recruiting
Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client to find an experienced and dynamic Director of Recruiting to lead talent acquisition efforts, with a particular focus on recruiting top-tier healthcare professionals. This role will be responsible for developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates. It requires collaboration with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a smooth recruitment process, with a strong emphasis on healthcare experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare recruiting and a deep understanding of healthcare recruiting programs. This person in this role will lead and mentor a small team. If you have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, are able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and have strong leadership and team management abilities, we want to hear from you!
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding
- Excellent knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS functionality (Paycom preferred)
- Experience with recruiting metrics and analytics
- Knowledge of Medical Assistant recruiting programs highly preferred

Joined High Profile in 2001
Jennifer grew up in Dallas before attending Texas A&M University. She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 23 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.
Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
