This impactful leadership role will shape and lead the People & Culture (P&C) strategy for U.S. Operations teams across both corporate and company-owned locations.

As the senior-most P&C partner to the U.S. Chief Operating Officer and the Senior Director of Operations, this leader will drive a high-performance, people-first culture, ensure alignment between HR strategy and business goals, and support both corporate and field teams in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a compelling 3-year vision and strategy that supports the organization’s People & Service Promise.

  • Maintain a strong presence in the field (approximately 40% of your time, with some travel), building strong relationships and serving as a voice for team members.

This is a rare opportunity for a purpose-driven leader who thrives on building teams, empowering people, and shaping culture in a meaningful and lasting way.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; HR certifications are a strong plus.

  • At least 7 years of experience in corporate and/or field environments within fast-paced industries (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality).
  • 5+ years of direct team leadership and coaching experience.
  • Strong track record of turning vision into results through strategic influence and adaptability.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership presence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate about fostering culture, leading change, and developing future leaders.
  • Field experience is essential—must have supported multiple locations across the U.S.
  • Hybrid work schedule with some travel (up to 20%).
