Required: 5–7+ years of Executive Assistant experience within the Private Equity industry (no exceptions)

High Profile has partnered with our client to identify an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-performance private equity environment. This role requires a polished professional who is accustomed to supporting multiple executives and operating with a high level of urgency, discretion, and precision.

Schedule: On-site Monday – Thursday | Remote Fridays


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level support to multiple senior executives, managing complex calendars across time zones
  • Coordinate internal/external meetings, investor communications, and leadership events
  • Arrange detailed domestic and international travel itineraries
  • Prepare and edit executive-level correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Support execution of meetings, conferences, and firm-wide events
  • Manage expense reporting and travel documentation
  • Assist with office coordination, vendor management, and operational logistics
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion

Job Requirements

 

  • 5–7+ years of Executive Assistant experience within Private Equity (required; candidates without this will not be considered)
  • Proven experience supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a highly professional presence
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
