Job Description

High Profile has partnered with our client, a mission-driven organization, to find a proactive, organized, and discreet Executive Assistant & HR Generalist. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-level executive support to the CEO while also managing core human resources functions.


In this dynamic role, you will:


Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the President & CEO.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the Board of Directors and associated working groups (Board Executive Committee, Planning Committee, and Nominating Committee).
  • Manage day-to-day operations and assist with strategic initiatives.


HR Generalist Responsibilities:

  • Perform professional HR duties in close collaboration with senior management.
  • Manage benefits administration, employee relations, and onboarding processes.
  • Lead policy implementation and ensure compliance with employment law.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within a non-profit or mission-driven organization.
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently within guidelines, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service focus and a collaborative team player mindset.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professional maturity.
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
  • Knowledge of HR laws, best practices, and HR systems (e.g., Paycor, Paychex, ADP).

She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 24 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.

Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
