Executive Assistant - 100% Healthcare Provided
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a team of approximately 6-8 investment professionals. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex calendars, facilitating internal and external communications, coordinating board meetings and travel arrangements, and organizing various events and meetings. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage and update complex calendars
- Maintain accurate and succinct internal and external client communications
- Coordinate 4-6 board meetings per quarter, including travel and planning
- Arrange travel accommodations (commercial and private flights), hotels, car services, and restaurant reservations globally
- Coordinate annual conferences and quarterly management meetings
- Undertake special projects and duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing executive level teams
- Experience in private equity is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM and expense tracking systems preferred
- Availability for time-sensitive situations after hours
