Executive Assistant - Marketing & Communications
Job Description
High Profile has partnered with our client to find an Executive Assistant with a Marketing & Communications background. This direct hire, in-office role is located in Southlake.
Responsibilities will include:
- Update and maintain CRM with relevant information
- Execute outbound communications strategies
- Manage updates to the company website
- Coordinate and schedule meetings
- Engage in conversations with clients and customers
- Keep the company top-of-mind within the industry through networking and relationship-building
Job Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Background in marketing and communications highly preferred
- College degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel regularly (2-3 times per month)
- Private equity background desirable
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
