High Profile has partnered with our client to find an Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to support senior consultants in a fast-paced, professional services environment. This role serves as a trusted partner, driving day-to-day execution of complex engagements while ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams, clients, and candidates. The Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping priorities on track, managing communications, and delivering a high-touch experience to all stakeholders.
This position is based in the Midtown Atlanta office and follows a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Project Support
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, managing multiple priorities and ensuring engagements progress smoothly and on schedule
  • Oversee timelines, milestones, and deliverables across active projects, proactively identifying risks and adjusting plans as needed
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and interviews across multiple time zones

Communication & Documentation
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and candidates, representing senior leaders when they are unavailable
  • Draft, edit, and format high-quality, client-facing documents including status updates, presentations, and proposals
  • Ensure all communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with executive and client expectations

Relationship Management
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, candidates, and internal partners
  • Serve as a liaison between senior leaders and their extended teams, including HR partners and executive assistants
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless, professional experience

Information & Financial Administration
  • Support billing and expense processes, including invoicing coordination and receivables tracking
  • Maintain accurate records and data within confidential internal systems
  • Partner with shared services teams on administrative and financial tasks

Business Development Support
  • Assist with business development activities, including planning, content preparation, and tracking outcomes
  • Help senior leaders organize and execute growth initiatives

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $90, 000–$95, 000, plus a 10% annual bonus
  • Profit sharing and 401(k) contributions
  • Three weeks of paid time off plus five paid sick days

  • Hybrid work schedule: two days in-office and three days working from home

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of executive or administrative support experience in a corporate environment
  • Candidates with experience in consulting or financial services are strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to support senior-level executives in a fast-paced, client-facing role
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Sound business judgment and the ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve proactively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Amelie has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional), CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certification, Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS) and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designations. She is a 10 year member of EWI (Executive Women International) and has served on the board and various committees. Amelie is married with two grown children (both Aggies – which only presents a problem when LSU plays A&M!), is an avid runner, and loves to cook, camp, and entertain.
