Executive Assistant

Job Description

Our Dallas based client is looking for a poised Executive Assistant. As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client's mission and vision. Your primary responsibility will be to keep the CEO focused on their highest impact priorities by managing calendars, emails, and day-to-day tasks. By providing operational support you will enable the CEO to excel in their role, whether they are on stage or behind the scenes. 

  • Own and manage the CEO's calendars and emails, ensuring accurate representation of personal and business tasks
  •  Research, book, and confirm travel arrangements for both personal and business trips, occasionally coordinating with other family members.
  • Coordinate logistics for client sessions and workshops, ensuring a world-class experience for attendees and seamless facilitation for the CEO.
  • Collaborate with home assistants on personal appointments, business meetings, and childcare needs.
  • Provide on-site support at the Dallas office for workshops, recording days, and client meetings.

 

Job Requirements

 
  • Hungry, Humble, Smart: Demonstrating a proactive attitude, humility, and intelligence in all interactions.
  • Previous experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant roles.
  • Preferred experience in the training/coaching industry.
  • Strong service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
