Job Description

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional looking for an opportunity to support executive leaders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Join our client's team as a Executive Assistant in Dallas, TX, where you will empower the CEO, CFO, and others with your exemplary organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficient project management abilities. 

  •  Secretarial and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and consistent records to support executive activities.
  • Team Liaison: Facilitate communication between various teams within the automobile business and family office.
  • Meeting Management: Take notes during meetings, share them with attendees, and manage executive calendars.
  • Event Coordination: Organize events and speaking engagements for the CEO.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Expense Management: Oversee expense reporting and manage rewards memberships for optimal usage.
  • Office Economy Management: Maintain office supplies to enhance executive productivity and comfort at a reasonable cost.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an executive support role, preferably in a similar high-level capacity
