Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-sufficient Executive Assistant to support the President and their team of brokers. This is an extremely demanding role that requires a proactive individual with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to anticipate needs without waiting for direction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Oversee all administrative aspects of the President’s office.
  • Calendar & Email Management: Organize and draft correspondence, manage the President’s schedule, and coordinate meetings.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings, including agendas, itineraries, travel, lodging, and catering arrangements.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book and manage travel with precise attention to detail.
  • Expense Management: Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.
  • Research & Process Improvement: Conduct high-level research, create efficiencies in workflow, and improve internal processes.

Job Requirements
