Job Description


Are you a highly organized and proactive professional seeking a dynamic role with variety in your day? A prominent executive is looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide high-level assistance in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
Confidential Support: Serve as the executive’s trusted right hand, handling sensitive information with discretion.
Schedule Management: Coordinate a complex calendar, meetings, travel, and communications to ensure seamless daily operations.
Project & Event Coordination: Oversee special projects and corporate events, bringing creativity and attention to detail.
Communication & Preparation: Draft and refine correspondence while ensuring the executive is fully prepared for meetings.
Tech-Savvy Organization: Maintain CRM systems, manage filing, and ensure easy access to important documents.
Collaborative Team Player: Occasionally support the broader team, contributing to a positive and professional work environment.

This is a fully in-office role, five days per week.

  • Self-Sufficient & Proactive: You anticipate needs, take initiative, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Discreet & Professional: You handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Adaptable & Reliable: You’re available during standard office hours and can adjust when needed.

Outside of work, Linda enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her husband of 39 years and their two adult children.  Linda is the proud "Gigi" of two granddaughters and loves to spend as much time as possible with them.  She has a passion for traveling, loves to cook, and enjoys being a dog mom to Bunny, a 7-pound malti-poo.
