Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support their CEO and Board of Directors. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills and is adept in the creation of PowerPoint presentations. This role requires a high level of discretion, as you will interact with senior leadership and key stakeholders at all levels of the Dallas community, making this an exciting and impactful opportunity to contribute to both the company and the broader community. 

Responsibilities

  • Board of Directors Management:
    • Manage calendars, meetings, and minutes.
    • Post meeting agendas by designated deadlines.
  • Event Planning:
    • Coordinate and execute various events, including dinners and other gatherings.
  • Office Administration:
    • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Language: Bilingual skills preferred, especially in Spanish.
