Job Description

High Profile has partnered with our client to find a poised, polished, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior-level executives in a fast-paced, professional environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-driven, and experienced in managing high-level administrative functions while representing the executive office with confidence and professionalism.


Responsibilities 


• Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and partners
• Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive correspondence
• Maintain workflows, data, and records using Salesforce, SharePoint, and internal systems
• Prepare presentations, meeting materials, invoices, expenses, and assist with special projects

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required; associate degree or paralegal/analytical experience preferred
  • 3–5+ years of Executive Assistant experience with 4+ years of strong administrative experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with Salesforce, SharePoint, and Concur preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and client-service abilities
