Job Description

High Profile has partnered with our client to find a pro-active Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a traditional, high-accountability office environment in downtown Dallas. This is a highly visible, in-office role ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced settings and brings a “no task too small” mindset.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex calendars and domestic/international travel
  • Prepare executive communications, presentations, and expense reports
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and executive logistics
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and Operations
  • Support multiple executives with discretion and precision

Job Requirements

  • 5–7 years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Experience supporting multiple executives
  • Start-up or high-growth environment exposure preferred
  • Highly polished, articulate, and detail-oriented
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
