High Profile has partnered with our client to find an Executive Assistant with a growing investment advisory firm. The firm operates with a collaborative and highly motivated team of professionals and is led by experienced leadership with a strong track record in the industry. Well-capitalized and continuing to grow, the organization offers an entrepreneurial environment where team members have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and work closely with leadership.
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support primarily to the firms Founder, with responsibilities split between business and personal support. This role also offers the opportunity to assist other team members as time permits. The position is based on-site in downtown Dallas, Monday - Friday.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in being a trusted partner who helps keep both executive priorities and office operations running smoothly.

Linda earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and began her staffing career shortly after graduation. She has been recruiting in Dallas for over 20 years and has developed a unique insight into the hiring needs of the local market. Linda loves people and enjoys the satisfaction of coaching candidates to success while simultaneously helping clients meet their hiring needs. Linda has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional) and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her husband of 39 years and their two adult children. Linda is the proud "Gigi" of two granddaughters and loves to spend as much time as possible with them. She has a passion for traveling, loves to cook, and enjoys being a dog mom to Bunny, a 7-pound malti-poo.
