Executive Assistant
Job Description
As the Executive Assistant supporting a Vice President, you will be a critical member of our client's team, providing high-level administrative support. You will be responsible for managing their calendar, handling scheduling, and assisting with various administrative tasks. In addition, you will play a key role in fostering a positive departmental culture and assisting with special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with multiple parties, and ensuring the Vice President is prepared for their commitments
- Email Management: Handle email communications, prioritizing and organizing messages.
- Scheduling: Coordinate travel arrangements and handle expenses.
- Ordering Lunches: Organize meals for meetings and events.
- Department Culture: Act as the catalyst for creating a positive departmental culture by organizing celebrations, birthdays, and monthly team gatherings.
- Projects: Work on various projects that allow you to stretch your skills and make a meaningful impact, such as the recent brand refresh project.

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative professional.
