Executive Assistant - Hybrid
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Assist the CEO with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication and coordination
- Travel Management: Schedule and coordinate extensive international travel, including frequent trips to India, and manage personal travel arrangements
- Meeting Support: Take notes during sales meetings, ensure accurate documentation, and follow up on action items
- AI Tools: Use AI tools such as notetakers and document editors to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
- Availability: Be accessible to support the CEO outside of regular working hours when necessary

Job Requirements
- Experience: 7 years experience supporting tech industry or telecommunications C-Level Executives
- Travel: Extensive experience arranging international travel
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology, including AI tools for note-taking and document editing

Amelie grew up in New Orleans and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Upon graduation, she began her recruiting career with another local staffing firm where she was repeatedly named as a top producer. She was then recruited to open the Dallas branch of a nationally known staffing company, and she brought the branch to profitability within four months. As Amelie was creating a name for herself, High Profile took notice and recruited her in 1996. Amelie worked as a full-time saleswoman for a little over a year before finding her perfect fit placing Executive Assistants in direct-hire positions. We are proud that she has been a member of the High Profile team for 28 years. Over her 30-year recruiting career, her commitment to excellence has earned her the loyalty of some of Dallas’ finest companies.
Amelie has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional), CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certification, Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS) and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designations. She is a 10 year member of EWI (Executive Women International) and has served on the board and various committees. Amelie is married with two grown children (both Aggies – which only presents a problem when LSU plays A&M!), is an avid runner, and loves to cook, camp, and entertain.
