Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership

Job Description

High Profile is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior leadership pastor / senior clergy leader who provides strategic oversight for operations, staff alignment, and organizational execution within a large, mission-driven church environment. This role is well-suited for an administrative professional who has supported executive-level leaders and can seamlessly adapt those skills to a faith-based, community-focused organization.


The ideal candidate brings exceptional professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex administrative priorities with discretion and grace. Following the initial onboarding period, this role offers the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including complex calendar management, email correspondence, expense reporting, travel coordination, and document preparation
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for staff, congregational leaders, and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings and leadership sessions, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, follow-up tracking, and digital file organization
  • Support committee nomination processes and maintain ongoing communication with committee chairs and members
  • Maintain and optimize digital systems and workflows; assist with special projects and ad hoc administrative needs as they arise

 

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level leaders in an executive, pastoral, non profit, or mission-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with eSPACE, Pushpay, and project management tools (e.g., Wrike) preferred
  • Knowledge of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus
