High Profile is partnering with a respected, fast-paced professional services firm to identify a standout Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in their Uptown Dallas office.

This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you will operate as a true business partner — owning priorities, streamlining operations, and helping senior executives perform at their highest level.

We’re seeking a seasoned EA who thrives in demanding environments, exercises sound judgment, and takes pride in being the person leaders rely on most.

What You’ll Do

  • Own complex calendar management — prioritizing meetings, protecting time, and ensuring leaders stay focused on what matters most 
  • Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel, anticipating needs and handling changes seamlessly 
  • Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, representing leadership with professionalism and discretion 
  • Manage high-volume communication, triaging emails and responding on behalf of executives when appropriate 
  • Plan and execute meetings and events — from small leadership sessions to larger engagements 
  • Prepare polished materials including presentations, reports, and client-facing documents 
  • Track projects, maintain organized records, and ensure follow-through on key initiatives 
  • Handle expense reporting and administrative workflows with precision 
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and support leadership more effectively

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years supporting senior executives in consulting or private equity environments 
  • A track record of longevity and trust in prior roles 
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effortlessly 
  • Strong business judgment, emotional intelligence, and discretion 
  • A proactive mindset — you anticipate needs before they arise 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to produce high-quality deliverables quickly 
  • Clear, polished communication style with confidence interacting at the executive level

Amelie grew up in New Orleans and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Upon graduation, she began her recruiting career with another local staffing firm where she was repeatedly named as a top producer. She was then recruited to open the Dallas branch of a nationally known staffing company, and she brought the branch to profitability within four months. As Amelie was creating a name for herself, High Profile took notice and recruited her in 1996. Amelie worked as a full-time saleswoman for a little over a year before finding her perfect fit placing Executive Assistants in direct-hire positions. We are proud that she has been a member of the High Profile team for 28 years. Over her 30-year recruiting career, her commitment to excellence has earned her the loyalty of some of Dallas’ finest companies.


Amelie has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional), CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certification, Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS) and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designations. She is a 10 year member of EWI (Executive Women International) and has served on the board and various committees. Amelie is married with two grown children (both Aggies – which only presents a problem when LSU plays A&M!), is an avid runner, and loves to cook, camp, and entertain.
